How to request a refund

Email from your purchase email address and include your order number. You do not need to share your full license key, passwords or card details. Requests are reviewed and processed manually through the purchase provider.

What happens to the license?

A completed refund ends use of that purchase’s license on all activated PCs. Dodo disables license keys associated with refunded one time purchases. Gumroad validation rejects refunded or revoked purchases. Orby applies the result during online validation; an offline PC can retain access only within its existing allowance, up to three days after the last successful check.

Revocation is not an instant remote uninstall. Your local notes and settings are not deleted. A separate valid purchase is unaffected.

Processing and other stores

Payment provider and bank processing times vary. Repeated requests for an already refunded order do not create another refund. Gumroad refunds are processed through Gumroad, subject to its applicable procedures. Microsoft Store edition: coming soon.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary policy does not limit applicable rights relating to faulty or undelivered software. Contact us about those issues even after 14 days.
