This website

The site does not add advertising trackers, newsletter forms or visitor analytics. Your website theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. Interactive previews run in your browser and do not read your PC’s apps, files or media. Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Purchases

Dodo Payments processes website purchases; Gumroad processes purchases on its marketplace. These services handle checkout, payment information, receipts and digital delivery under their own privacy policies. Orby does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Activation and license checks

The app sends a license key, device identifier and device name to verify activation. Gumroad verification uses our licensing service and a Neon PostgreSQL database. The service stores a hash of the key, active device identifiers, device names and activation dates. It does not store your raw Gumroad license key in the registry. Short lived hashed request identifiers help limit abuse. Dodo licenses use Dodo’s licensing services.

License records are retained to enforce the three PC limit and support purchases. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule for those records. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; some purchase information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Local app data

Notes, drawings, preferences and cached activation information are stored in your Windows profile. The installer does not bundle the developer’s personal test notes. Reinstallation can retain existing local data. A refund or failed validation does not delete your notes.

Optional connections

Clipboard tracking, activity tracking and connected tools process the information needed for their selected function. Weather requests go to the weather provider. Revenue, AI usage, calendar feeds and analytics integrations may contact their providers or read the local files you select. Provider credentials are private and should not be shared with support. Windows notification mirroring is excluded from direct editions.
